This study aims to determine the effect of social security and work environment on job satisfaction and employee productivity at PT. PKS PBI Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency. Respondents in this study were 115 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, to test the hypothesis in this study using path analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of the SPSS 19 program.The results showed that 1) social security has an effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. PKS PBI Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency 2) work environment influences the job satisfaction of employees of PT. PKS PBI Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency 3) job satisfaction affects the productivity of employees of PT. PBS PBI Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency 4) Social security affects employee productivity through job satisfaction 5) Work environment influences employee productivity through job satisfaction.
