ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of employee commitment and work environment on employee performance at PT. Eluan Mahkota (EMA) Pks Kota tengah which is located in the village Muara Jaya (SP3) kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The population in this study includes all employees of the production dapertement at PT. Eluan Mahkota (EMA) Pks Kota tengah with a total of 62 employees. Data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis tools, with the help of using SPSS version 23.
In this study consisted of three variables: one dependent variable and two independent variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y), Employee Commitment (X1), and Work Environment (X2).
The results showed that: 1) Employee Commitment and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Eluan Mahkota (EMA) Pks Kota tengah village Muara Jaya (SP3) kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu kabupaten Rokan Hulu. 2) Employee Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Eluan Mahkota (EMA) Pks Kota tengah village Muara Jaya (SP3) kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu kabupaten Rokan Hulu. 3) The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Eluan Mahkota (EMA) Pks Kota tengah village Muara Jaya (SP3) kecamatan Kepenuhan Hulu kabupaten Rokan Hulu.
