Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Di Pt. Anugrah Argon Medica Cabang Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Pekanbaru. The puspose of the study was determine the effect of leadership, motivation and workload partially or simultaneously on employee perfomance at PT. Anugrah Argon Medica Pekanbaru. This reseacrh was conducted using the cencus method on 65 employees who were sampled. The research variables used are leadership, motivation, and workload as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows.
The result of this study conclude that the variables of leadership, motivation and workload partially or simultan have a significant effect on performance, the calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0,693, meaning that the percentage of the influence of leadership, motivation and workload on employee performance is by 69,3%. While the remaining 30,7% is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model.
