Pengaruh Keselamatan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Lapangan Bagian Pengolahan Pada Pt. Sumber Kencana Indo Palma Di Indragiri Hulu – Provinsi Riau

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, work discipline and organizational commitment to the job satisfaction of processing field employees at PT. Sumber Kencana Indo Palma in Indragiri Hulu, Riau Province.
The population in this study were employees of the processing part of PT. Sumber Kencana Indo Palma in Indragiri Hulu, amounting to 46 people, the number of samples in this study were 46 people. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 23 program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method or saturated sample that makes all members of the population sampled (46 employees).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect on job safety on employee job satisfaction, 2) there was a positive and significant effect on work discipline on employee job satisfaction, 3) there was a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction, 4) there is a positive and significant influence on work safety, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously on employee job satisfaction.
