ABSTRACT

This research is to determine the effect of Leadership, Motivation and Discipline on The Performance of the State Employees at The Library and Archives Services of Riau Province. The Performance of the State Employees at The Library and Archives Services of Riau Province amounting to 114 peoples, the number of samples in this study were 114 peoples.
The Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 22 version. The sampling technique that has been selected is the census method or saturated sample that makes all members of the population sampled (114 State Employees).
The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of leadership on the performance of the state employees, 2) there was a positive and significant effect of motivation on the performance of the state employees, 3) there was a positive and significant effect of discipline on the performance of the state employees and 4) there is a positive and significant influence on leadership, motivation and discipline simultaneously on the performance of the state employees.
