Perencanaan Dan Perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya (Rab) Rumah Tinggal 2 Lantai Type 134 Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Planning a good residential house will greatly support the process of implementing development so that the building can be realized with satisfactory conditions. The product of planning is in the form of a drawing plan. In planning, it is also important to consider the important factors in planning a residence, including: comfort factors, health factors, structural factors and affordability factors. The Budget Plan (RAB) is a forecast of material costs, wage costs, and other costs needed to establish a building. RAB is needed as a guideline for development so that the development process runs effectively and efficiently. In this RAB it also has several parts, including: Job volume, Job Unit Price Analysis, RAB, and RAB Recapitulation. In this final report, the author designed a house with a building area of 134 m2 with area 225 m2, and made a work plan and technical requirements for the construction of a house. After calculating the RAB, the total construction cost is Rp. 654.720.968 in the building area of 134 m2 and the price per m2 is Rp. 4.885.977.
