Pengaruh Penambahan Sikament Nn Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton Mutu Tinggi Dengan Penggunaan Satu Fraksi Agregat Kasar 10-20 Mm
ABSTRACT
In the construction of structure, concrete is the common material used nowadays. The easily content to get and have the high compressive strength make concrete have the plus one than the other material. While to time flies, concrete have much technology in the quality improvement. High strength concrete based on SNI-03-6468-2000 is the concrete that have high compressive above or same on 41,4 MPa. For make improvement of the quality it can add an admixture or additive stuff. High-quality concrete planning is inseparable from determining the value of cement water factor (FAS). Therefore, improving the quality of concrete can be done by adding one of the materials commonly used in concrete mixtures, namely Admixture Superplasticizer which can reduce water use so that it can add to the strength of concrete and is also easy to process. The compresive strength value also be affected of the coarse agregat size and composition.
In this study, the addixture material of Type F Superplasticizer in the form of Sikament NN produced by PT. Sika Indonesia with add 1.0%, 1.2%, 1.4%, 1.6% and 1.8% from weight of cement. The use of coarse aggregate is measuring 10–20 mm with a composition 0:100. The maximum compressive strength value with the addition of the optimal Sikament NN dose is produced at a percentage of 1.4% of 43.97 MPa with the slump value 8.2 cm. The addition of Sikament NN will affects to slump’s production. The more it added then the more slump value will be produced but it won’t increase the compressive strength of the value.
