ABSTRACT

Residence is a group of houses that functions as a neighborhood or forest environment that is equipped with environmental infrastructure and facilities. The planning for facilities and infrastructure systems in housing needs to get attention especially on the drainage that is important in order to avoid flooding. To prevent flooding, it is necessary to predict the level of surface run off in the canal based on land use in 2031. Then this study was conducted to predict and simulate the flooding problem using EPA SWMM 5.0. With the expected flooding results obtained, it is necessary to prevent flooding by changing the dimensions of the duct. From the simulation results in the canal dimensions that can overcome the flood are the duct width (B) 0.9 m and the depth (H) 0.8 m.
