Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan Astra Credit Companies Cabang Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment on employee loyalty at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study included all employees at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch totaling 74 people.
Data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the research, to test the hypothesis in this study used regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program For Special Sciences). The sampling technique used saturation sample technique (74 employees at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch).
The results showed that: 1) Job satisfaction, non-physical work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the work loyalty of the employees at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch, 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the work loyalty of the employees at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch, 3) The non-physical work environment has a significant effect on the loyalty of the employees at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch, 4) Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the work loyalty of the employees at Astra Credit Companies Pekanbaru Branch.
