Pengaruh Iklim Kerja Ergonomi Dan Overtime Shift Terhadap Kelelahan Kerja Yang Berdampak Pada Motivasi Karyawan Pt. Inecda Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the influence of ergonomics work climate (X1) and overtime shift (X2) on the motivation of employee (Y2) through work fatigue (Y1) at PT. Inecd which amounts to 52 people.
The primary data used in the study was collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing was conducted using path analysis with the help of SPSS program. The selected sampling technique is the census method with the number of respondents 52 employees of the production part of PKS PT. Inecda.
The results of this research showed that 1) Ergonomics work climate affect the motivation of work on the employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA, 2) Overtime shift has no significant effect on the motivation of work on the employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA, 3) Work fatigue significant effect against the motivation of work on the employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA, 4) The ergonomics work climate affects work fatigue in the employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA significantly, 5) Overtime shift significantly impacts the work fatigue in employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA, 6) Work fatigue partially mediate the influence of ergonomics work climate to work motivation of the employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA, 7) Overtime shift affects the motivation of work through fatigue in the employees of production part PKS PT. INECDA.
