Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pemuda Dan Olahraga Provinsi Riau
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction and performance of Riau Province Youth and Sports Service employees. The population in this study amounted to 127 people.
Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument For Research, to test the hypothesis in this study is to use path analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sample in this study were 56 employees. The research sample was taken by random sampling. Data collection techniques used are documentation and questionnaires.
The results showed that: 1) work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction in employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of Riau Province, 2) compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction in employees of the Riau Province Department of Youth and Sports, 3) work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance The Department of Youth and Sports of the Province of Riau, 4) compensation has a significant effect on the performance of Riau Province Department of Youth and Sports employees, 5) job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of Riau Province Youth and Sports Service employees.
