Pengaruh Total Quality Management (Tqm) Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Mediasi Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Sucofindo Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the influence of total quality management (X) on job satisfaction (Y2) through employee’s performance (Y1) at PT. Sucofindo which amounts to 69 people.
Primary data was collected using a research’s instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with the help of SPSS program and sobel test. The sampling technique that has been selected is census method with respondent 69 employee at PT. Sucofindo.
The results showed that 1) Total Quality Management significantly influence employee’s performance at PT. Sucofindo, 2) Total Quality Management significantly influence job satisfaction of employee at PT. Sucofindo, 3) Employee’s performance significantly influence job satisfaction of employee at PT. Sucofindo, 4) The mediation test result show that employee’s performance has partial mediationing role in effect of Total Quality Management on job satisfaction of employee at PT. Sucofindo.
