ABSTRACT
Budget plan (RAB) is an indispensable thing in the process of housing construction. The RAB provides an overview of the costs that must be spent to build a house in accordance with the plans that have been made. The steps in planning a building are drawing plans and calculating the Budget Plan (RAB). In calculating the RAB the stages are carried out, namely: work plan and technical requirements, work volume, price list of goods and services, unit price analysis of work plan, cost budget and recapitulation of cost budget plan. Calculation of Budget Plan (RAB) in accordance with the provisions of the Candy PUPR No.28 / PRT / M / 2016 concerning Analysis of Work Unit Price (AHSP) based on the unit price of wages and materials from the Riau Province Public Works Department fiscal year 2019 and the price of field costs.
In this final project report, the author designs a house with a building area of 278 m², and makes a work plan and technical requirements for residential construction. After calculating the RAB, the total construction cost obtained from the unit price of the Riau public works department in the 2019 budget year is Rp. 1,139,244,000 or the price per m² is Rp. 3,725,452.17 and the total price of the field fee is Rp. 851,171,000 or the price per m2 is Rp. 2,783,421.23.
