Pemakaian Sika Viscocrete-8670 Mn Dan Sikament-Nn Untuk Optimalisasi Kuat Tekan Dan Workability Beton Dengan Pemakaian Semen 400 Kg/M3
ABSTRACT
The strength in concrete is determined by the strength of the aggregate and the strength of the binding matrix including the value of the cement water factor. The smaller the value of the cement water factor, the higher the compressive strength of the concrete and is difficult to work with. To increase the workability and compressive strength of concrete used type F added material. This study was conducted to determine the maximum compressive strength with workability that entered the standard specifications, amounting to 10 variations, namely a reduction in the value of the cement water factor of 0; 0.05; 0.10; 0.15; 0.20; 0.25 and 0.30 from the initial plan without changing the composition of the aggregate and cement in the concrete mixture with the use of cement weight of 400 kg / m3 of concrete. The cylindrical specimens with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm were 5 samples in each variation. The maximum compressive strength obtained is ƒc ’50.87 MPa on the use of Sika Viscocrete-8670 MN of 2.8% of the weight of cement with a slump value of 20.83 cm on the variation in the reduction of the Cement Water Factor value of 0.30. In the use of Sikament-NN as much as 1.4% of the cement weight, a maximum compressive strength of ƒc 40 40,630 MPa was obtained with variations in the reduction of cement water factor value of 0.15 with a slump value of 5.10 cm. So what can be maximized to achieve the highest compressive strength with workability that meets the standard specifications is to use Sika Viscocrete-8670 MN as a 2.8% dose with a reduction in FAS value of 0.30 from initial planning.
