ABSTRACT

Dr Sam Ratulangi street is a street 2 lane road 1-way Dr Sam Ratulangi street is be passed by various types of vehicles from light vehicles, heavy vehicles and motorcycles. The intensiveness of population is not balanced with growth of Pekanbaru city road infrastructure, it causes traffic jams at rush hour. This final project aims to calculate the perfomance study of Dr Sam Ratulangi street in Pekanbaru, it will be calculated the capacity of the roads, the degree of saturation and the average speed of traffic on the road to determine the performance of the road proper to use or improper use
