Analisis Tingkat Kebisingan Menggunakan Metode Perhitungan Niosh Dan Pemetaan Kebisingan Menggunakan Program Surfer 13 Di Pt. Lembah Karet
ABSTRACT
The production process at PT. Lembah Karet which processes raw rubber into crumb rubber is divided into wet and dry production stages. Which in the production process produces noise from the use of machines. Noise arising from the use of machines unwittingly will cause disruption of bodily functions in workers, especially in hearing loss. The purpose of this research is to know the intensity of noise resulting from the use of machines, noise mapping, evaluation of noise intensity, exposure time and noise control efforts. The noise measurement method refers to the noise mapping method and the tool used is the Sound Level Meter (SLM). Noise measurement is carried out for 1 day. The results showed the highest noise intensity was at point 73 with noise intensity is 91.1 dB. Based on the calculation of the length of time noise exposure to workers using the NIOSH equation it is known that the time allowed for workers to be at the highest noise intensity is 2 hours. Noise mapping is made using "Software Surfer 13" so that it can known the pattern of noise distribution and noise control efforts.
