SMS (Short Message Service) has been used by many people nowdays. SMS has been widely used because it has a wide range, its easy to use and efficient. SMS Gateway is a two-way communication that communicates between a computer operating system and an installed communication device to send or receive SMS. In the case study of RSUD Arifin Achmad a system for reminding the general check up schedule based on the SMS Gateway has been built. In this study researchers also used the K-Means method to process patient data and classify it so that users were easier to send medical check-up schedules. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language, database storage using MySQL. Whereas to build an SMS system using Gammu Based on the trial data, it was concluded that this system can help patients at the Cancer Building in Arifin Achmad Hospital to remember the general check-up schedule and also help staff in processing patient data based on classification quickly and easily.
