Pengaruh Media Tanam Dan Lama Perendaman Dengan Zpt Alami Bawang Merah (Allium Cepa L.) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Mawar (Rosa Damascena M.)

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of planting media and immersion duration with natural onion PGR and obtain planting media and immersion duration with onion natural PGR for the best growth of rose cuttings. The study was conducted in the Experimental Station of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, from March to May 2019. The study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (RAL), consisting of 2 factors and 3 replications. Factor I of planting media, namely: M1 = Soil + manure (1: 1), M2 = Soil + sawdust + manure (1: 1: 1), M3 = Soil + rice husk + manure (1: 1: 1). Factor II soaking time in the natural PGR of onion, namely: B0 = Soaked in Rootone-f 0.3 gl-1 ¼ hours, B1 = Soaked in onion PGR of 500 gl-1 1 hour, B2 = Soaked in onion PGR 500 500 gl-1 2 hours, B3 = Soaked in onion PGR 500 gl-1 3 hours. The parameters observed were the percentage of plant life, time of the first shoot, number of shoots, length of shoot, number of leaves, time of first flower, stem length, flower diameter, addition of main stem diameter and root length. Soil planting media + rice husk + manure (1: 1: 1) and immersion in Rootone-f 0.3 g.l-1 ¼ hours and the interaction of both produced the highest vegetative and generative growth on rose cuttings.
