Aplikasi Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Padi Sawah (Oryza Sativa L.) Dengan Modifikasi Sri
ABSTRACT
The aim of this research was to find out the influence of phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) and to obtain optimum dose for rice growth and production (Oryza sativa L.) through SRI modification. The experiment was conducted in an experimental field of Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, in February until May 2019. The experiment was conducted using completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments of PSB; 0 ml per plant, 10 ml per plant, 20 ml per plant, 30 ml per plant, 40 ml per plant and 50 per plant using SRI modification, where watertable was 10 centimeters below soil surface. The observed parameters were: plant height, growth of plants, rapid of net assimilation, ratio of the root canopy, tillers maximum number, number of productive tillers, age of panicles, harvest age, panicle length, number of panicles branches, the amount of pithed rice per panicle, percentage of unripe rice per hill, weight of 1000 grains of pithy rice and weight of dried grain per clump. The results obtained in the analysis variance, then continued by using duncan new multiple range test (DNMRT) at 5%. The result of this research show that phosphate solubilizing bacteria at a dose of 40 ml per plant gave best result for plant growth rate (PGR), net assimilation rate (NAR), ratio of the root canopy, tillers maximum number, number of productive tillers, number of panicles branches, the amount of pithed rice per panicle, percentage of unripe rice per hill and weight of dried grain per clump.
