Isolasi Dan Identifikasi Bakteri Pelarut Fosfat Pada Tanah Ultisol Di Bawah Tegakan Tanaman Karet (Hevea Brasiliensis) Di Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
The aim of this obtain was to isolation of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and identify phosphate solubilizing bacteria under the stands of rubber plants on Ultisol soil in Kampar Regency. The study was conducted in December 2018- April 2019 at the rubber plantation in Kampar Regency and the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University, Pekanbaru. This research uses exploration and observation methods of BPF on Ultisol soil under rubber plant stands with the final result in the form of phosphate solvent bacterial isolates. Soil sampling is done using a purposive sampling method. Soil samples were taken in Kampar District in 4 different districts namely, Kampar, Gunung Sahilan, Kampar Kiri, and Tapung. Soil samples in each district were taken as many as 3 sample points under the stands of rubber plants. A total of 3 rubber plants are used as locations for sampling, thus producing 9 soil samples. Soil samples were isolated using Pikovskaya selective media. The isolation results obtained eleven BPF isolates that formed a clear zone. Based on the results of the characterization refers to Bergey's Manual of Determinative of Microorganism through macroscopic observation, microscopic observation and physiological test of the eleven bacterial genus obtained is the genus Bulkholderia.
