Regional Regulation is a regional policy in implementing a government system, in which regulates various aspects that must or should not be carried out. But a policy will not have an impact if it is not implemented properly. In the implementation of a policy involving actor actors who make or implement it. As for the Regional Regulations that the authors convey namely Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 Indragiri Hilir Regency which regulates the Village Consultative Body.
The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 Indragiri Hilir Regency case study of the tasks of the Village Consultative Body and what are the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 in Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method approach, Primary data is obtained directly through interviews from informants, namely the village head, village secretary, BPD, community leaders and the community.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 in Indragiri Hilir District, a case study of the implementation of tasks of the Village Consultative Body has not achieved the expected results. there are still several tasks that have not been carried out by the Village Consultative Body This happens because of the ability of resources both human resources and financial resources that have not been supported, so that Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2015 in Indragiri Hilir Regency has not been able to be fully implemented.
