Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Situasional Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Riau
This research is motivated to realize the civil apparatus of the state that is in the agency of personnel of the area of the perfect Riau province then the employee needs to be built best, with the purpose of the construction is expected that every employee who In government organizations can provide the most appropriate performance. One of the efforts of the regional personnel agency of Riau province to shape the performance of good officers is to create a good situational leadership style and provide decent compensation in the organization in which they work. The purpose of this research is to know how situational leadership style influences and compensation to employees ' performance at the Regional personnel agency of Riau province.
This research is quantitative descriptive. The nature of research is descriptive explanatory research. Explanatory research is to describe the position of the examined variables as well as the relationship between variables with other variables.
The results showed that a partial compensation variable was more dominant than the situational leadership style variable in influencing employee performance at the Regional personnel agency of Riau province. While the simultaneous style of situational leadership and compensation affects the performance of personnel Agency of the regional personnel of Riau Province. In this case the performance of the employees of the Regional personnel agency Riau Province has been successfully upgraded by conducting an approach through situational leadership and compensation styles. Based on the test coefficient of regression known situational leadership style and compensation has a positive regression coefficient and proves its contribution to the performance of employees at the regional personnel Agency of Riau Province
