Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Kasus Pembinaan Koperasi Pada Dinas Koperasi Dan UMKM Kota Pekanbarutahun 2014)
This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City. Data collection conducted by library research and field research by using observation and direct interview to the employee become data collecting tool. The data will then be analyzed qualitatively. With the total population is 40 people then taken is 40 employees who serve as respondents by using direct interview method. Measurement tools are the growth of the number of cooperatives, the increase in the number of RATs and the activeness of inactive cooperatives.
This research use descriptive qualitative research methods. The primary data obtained directly through interviews of key informants, namely Lurah, Chairman and Chief LKMD RW. Secondary data were Based on the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that the performance of employees is influenced by several factors, individual factors related background and employee experience, psychological factors that include employee attitudes to existing cooperative problems and organizational factors that awaken the hierarchical system of the service so that there is awareness in the main tasks and functions of each field So the authors propose, that the performance of Cooperative SMEs Pekanbaru City Year 2014 (Case Study Coaching Cooperative) enough to give a positive impact on coaching cooperatives in Pekanbaru City.
State Civil Apparatus should be aware of their duties and roles in public service to the community in the field of Cooperatives and SMEs in Pekanbaru City so that the performance of employees will increasingly see the growth of Cooperatives and new entrepreneurs are growing rapidly growing. .
