Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Asissted Individualization (Tai) Untuk Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Pada Materi Alat Optik Kelas Xi Sman 1 Pekanbaru
Abstract: This study was aimed to to find out the differences in the increase in learning independence in physics by the aplication of the TAI cooperative learning model. The type of reseach which was used was quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study was the students of XI IPA class at SMAN 1 Pekanabaru academic year 2018/2019 which consisted of 214 student divided in six classes. The sample in this study was obtained based on the normality and homogenity tests. When all of classes were proved to be normal and homogenous, two classes were chosen randomly to be the experiment class and control class. The instrument which was use to collect the data was a learning independence questionnaire as pretest and posttest. The data was analize by the descriptive and inferential analysis. Descriptive analysis showed the avarage students' learning independence level in experimen class was 2,71 with a high category, and 2,47 for control class with a low category. Based on the inferential analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the TAI cooperative learning model can enhance students’ learning independence at XI IPA 2 class of SMAN I Pekanbaru on optical devices material.
