Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Paramedis Rsia Zainab Pekanbaru Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening
ABSTRAK
This study was conducted to analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative method. Research respondents are Paramedics RSIA Zainab Pekanbaru with a sample of 106 people. Data is collected using questionnaire instruments. Statistical tests and data processing were performed using Path Analythic by using SPSS Version 22. The results of the study indicate that training and work motivation have effect on Paramedics job satisfaction. Direct Training, work motivation and Job Satisfaction have influence on Paramedics performance. The training and work motivation indirectly through job satisfaction have a significant effect on Paramedics performance.
