Pengaruh Total Quality Management Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kemampuan Pembelajaran Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Riau Province with the aim of this study was to determine the effect of purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Total Quality Management on Employee Performance with Organizational Learning Ability as a Mediating Variable. The research took place at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Riau Province, with 110 respondents.
In this study consisted of three variables. These variables are Organizational Learning Ability (Y1), Employee Performance (Y2), Total Quality Management (X). Data analysis method uses quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of using SPSS version 23.
The results showed that: 1) Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Learning Ability in the Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province. 2) Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Tampan Mental Hospital of Riau Province. 3) Organizational Learning Ability has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at the Tampan Mental Hospital of Riau Province. 4) Total Quality Management has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Learning Ability in the Handsome Mental Hospital of Riau Province.
