Strategi Marketing Public Relations Pt. Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper (Pt. Rapp) Dalam Membangun Branding Madu Foresbi
PT. Riau Pulp And Paper (PT. RAPP) is a company that has the area closest to the community, of course it has the responsibility to be able to have a positive impact on people's survival. This is in line with the motto of PT. RAPP is good for community, Good for country, good for company and good for climate. Good for community or can be called well for this community is one of the solutions from PT. RAPP to be able to have a positive impact on society. To realize good for community PT. RAPP has community development, community development is part of the structural organization of the company that carries out its duties as forming partners to the community. One of the programs created by the community development is Rumah Madu Andalan. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of public relations and forms of marketing public relations strategy of PT. RAPP in building foresbi honey branding.
This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, with data collection techniques namely through interviews, observations, and documentation, with the number of informants totaling 5 people according to the criteria determined through the Purposive. The data analysis technique in this research is using the Miles and Huberman model and the data validity checking technique is triangulation
The results showed that, in the marketing public relations strategy used by PT. RAPP in developing madu foresbi branding uses the Three Ways Strategy. Namely pull strategy, push strategy, and pass strategy. pull strategy is done by attracting consumer interest, by maximizing customer relations and approaching the public by holding events such as the launching of new honey foresbi products. Push strategy carried out on this strategy is to hold promotions by giving discounts or discounts and publishing information and promos through social media. And the last is the pass strategy, an effort to create a positive image in the eyes of the public that is doing a calendar event Like fun quis through social media Instagram by giving rewards to the audience through the fun quis. These three strategies aim to create consumer satisfaction with the products and services provided by the company.
