Pengaruh Komitmen Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of commitment and Work Morale Employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research took place at PT. Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar, with 103 respondents. The method of data analysis uses quantitative descriptive method with Path Analysis analysis tool, with the help of using SPSS version 23.In this study consisted of four variables: one dependent variable and three independent variables. These variables are Employee Performance (Y2), Job Satisfaction (Y1), Commitment (X1), and Work Morale (X2).The results showed that: 1) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT.Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar. 2) Work Morale has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at PT. Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar3) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Dami Mas Sejahtera 4) Work Morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar . 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar. 6) Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar 7) Work Morale has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT.Dami Mas Sejahtera Kabupaten Kampar.
