Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Dan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effects of leadership and work envirionment to employees commitment and job performance atBadan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Riau. The population in this study includes all employees at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Riau, totaling 100 people.
Primary data was collected by quistionnare as an instrument to prove the research’s result. Path analysis is used as the research’s tool and helped by SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science). The sampling technique iscencus method that selected all of employees at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Riau, and counted 100 employees.
This research’s result shows that ; 1) there are positive and significant effect of leadership toward employees commitment at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau, 2) there are postitive and significant effect of work envirionment toward employees commitment at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau, 3) there are positive and significant effect of leadership toward employees job performance at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau, 4) there are a positive and significant effect of work envirionment toward employees job performance at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau, 5) there is a positive effect of leadership toward employees commitment and job performance at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau, 6) there is a positive effect of work envirionment toward employees commitment and job performance at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau, 7) there is a positive effect of leadership and work envirionment toward employees commitment and job performance at Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Riau.
