The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision, health & work safety on performance through employee morale at PT Surya Argolika Reksa Sei Basau. The study population was all employees at PT. Surya argolika Reksa Sei Basautotaling 118 people. Sampling totaling 91 employees are done with the formula Slovin. This study used survey methods. Hypothesis testing usinga model of path analysis (path analysis).
the results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa sei basau singing hilir. 2) there is a positive and significant effect on occupational health & safety on the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa sei basau singing hilir. 3) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on the performance of the employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa sei basau singing hilir. 4) there is a positive and significant effect on health & safety on the performance of the employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa Sei Basau Singing Hilir. 5) there is a positive and significant effect on morale on the performance of the employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa sei basau Singing Hilir. 6) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on performance through the morale of the employees of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa Sei Basau Singingi Hilir. 7) there is a positive and significant effect on health & safety on performance through employee morale of PT. Surya Argolika Reksa Sei Basau Singingi Hilir.
