Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Lapangan Pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang (Pupr) Bina Marga Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in PT. Altrak 78 Pekanbaru which aims to examine the effect of work conflict, work environment and work disclipine on the employee job satisfaction.
Type of this research is quantitative descriptive. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results. Method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPPS program assistance. The technique of sampling for this study uses the method of cencus (89 employees of PT. Altrak 78 Pekanbaru in 2018).
The results showed that: 1) work conflict, work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 2) work conflict had a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 3) work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, 4) work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT.
