This study aims to analyze the management of village finances in realizing good governance and analyzing the constraints that affect the management of village finances in realizing good governance in the Village of Tanjung Medan District Tambusai Utara Rokan Hulu Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using the techniques of documentation and literature techniques. Data analysis technique used in this research is interactive model with data reduction measures, data display, decision making and verification.
The results can be concluded that the village financial management process in the village of Tanjung Medan North Tambusai District Rokan Hulu Regency has not been implemented optimally despite having implemented every stage of village financial management. The Village's Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMDesa) and the Village Development Work Plan (RKPDesa) are not yet optimal. Implementation of village financial management must be in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 37 of 2007 on Village Financial Management through the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability.
Internal and external inhibiting factors affect the management of village finances such as the source of funds and human resources and the lack of participation from the villagers of Tanjung Medan village in overseeing the village financial management represented by BPD.
