Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Bengkalis
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline and work supervision on employee productivity at the Department of Agriculture of Bengkalis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables of work discipline and work supervision on employee productivity variable at Bengkalis Regency Agriculture Office. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The nature of this research is descriptive explanatory research with the number of respondents amounted to 81 people.
The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline of employee to the productivity of employee employee of Agriculture Office of Regency of Bengkalis and also there is significant influence between work supervision variable to work productivity variable of employee at Bengkalis Agriculture Office.
The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between work discipline of employee to work productivity of Bengkalis Regency Agriculture Officials and also there is significant influence between work supervision variable to employee productivity variable at Bengkalis Regency Agriculture Office. The result of hypothesis testing of the data is partially known. The thitung value for the work discipline variable (2.856) is greater than the ttable value (2.00), or the sig value. T for the work discipline variable (0.006) is smaller than the alpha (0.025) meanwhile the thitung value for the job supervision variable (5.702) is greater than the ttable value (2.00), or the sig value. T for work supervision variable (0.000) smaller than alpha (0.025). Therefore partially work supervision variable (X2) has more dominant influence than work discipline variable (X1). Simultaneously work discipline and work supervision affect the productivity of employment of employees at the Office of Agriculture Bengkalis Regency, with a very significant level of influence. Where from the determination test R2 known that the variable of work discipline and work supervision have influence of 70,8% and the rest equal to 29,2% influenced by variable not examined in this research like variable of leadership, work motivation, incentive and organizational climate.
