Pengaruh Diklat Dan Kemampuan Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of training on performance, influence the ability of an employee to employee performance and influence the training and the ability of employees to employee performance Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru. The method used is descriptive and quantitative methods; Sample is officer Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru many as 127 people. Techniques of data collection questionnaire, observation and interview. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data.
The results of the research that has been done, then the conclusion is partially known training variables significantly influence employee performance on Class I Immigration Office Pekanbaru. It is known by the training given to employees it can improve employee performance such as with training a lot of learning is known by employees. Partially unknown variable workability significant effect on the performance of employees at the Immigration Office Class I Pekanbaru. It is known that in accordance with the ability of employees and job positions would improve the performance of the employee and vice versa. Simultaneously unknown variables together training and employability significant effect on the performance of employees at the Immigration Office Class I Pekanbaru. This indicates with the provision of training will improve the ability of employees and will have an impact on improving the performance of employees.
