ABSTRACT
The typical Rengat City with ambarella fruit makes the Rengat City community process this commodity into industrial food that is ambarella dodol and makes ambarella dodol product as one of its main souvenirs. The ambarella dodol industry has been produced since 1990 and is popular at cultural week held in Rengat City. The production process of the Raeesa ambarella Dodol is classified as a home industry and is carried out 8 times a month. This study aims to determine (1) the problems of the Raeesa ambarella dodol agroindustry business; (2) the revenue from the Raeesa ambarella dodol agroindustry business; (3) the added value of the Raeesa ambarella dodol agroindustry business. The method used in this research is the case study method by directly observing the location of the research objectives and making Raeesa ambarella dodol craftsmen as producers who produce ambarella dodol in Rengat City Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that the income from this agroindustry business was Rp.4.106.120,82 - in one month, the value of RCR obtained by agroindustry is 1.33, so the ambarella dodol agroindustry is feasible to be cultivated, the value of Break Event Point production must produce at least 184,11 kg of ambarella dodol in one month and the value of Break Event Point sales must at least sell products at a price of Rp.49.954,74. per kilogram, the added value obtained from the ambarella dodol agroindustry is Rp.11.557,33/kg with a value added ratio of 57,50%.
