This research is carried outentitled, “The influence of organizational climate and organizational performance on effectiveness of deconcentration fund management of government affairs in riau province”. The reason the authors doing this research with this title is because of the problems of deconcentration fund is often too late and lack of funds led to a decrease in the performance of the organization that is the performance of the employees of the fund management effectiveness deconcentration and change the climate in working under the pressure of managing deconcentrated funds that are less supportive.
The purpose of this study are to determining the extent of The influence of organizational climate and organizational performance on effectiveness of deconcentration fund management of government affairs in riau province. Metode research is used in this quantitative method with a population size of 53 people.
The first step in this research is a set of variable and collect data. Data was collect through direct research, using the methods of literature and questionnaire tool. Then performed with validity and reliability test, classical assumption test of data and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.
The results showed that the Climate Organization and Organization Performance influence simultaneously on the Effectiveness of Deconcentration Fund Management Government Affairs with a contribution of 71.6% which means H0 rejected and H3 accepted. Partially, organizational climate affects 38.94% of the effectiveness of deconcentration fund management of government affairs which means H0 rejected or H1 accepted. The performance of the organization partially affects the effectiveness of deconcentration fund management of government affairs of 31.25% which means H0 rejected and H2 accepted.
