Pengaruh Pemberian Insentif Dan Pendidikan Pelatihan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Di Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar
The process of improving the quality of school-based education requires teachers, both individually and collaboratively to be able to do something, change a condition for better quality of education and learning. The policy on teacher resource development in addition to improving teachers' insight as a state servant and community servant in a balanced measure also increases the professionalism for teachers to be more active and efficient in their work. Not maximal management of teaching and learning process by teachers in Kampar Sub District Tambang indicate teacher teaching performance needs to get attention, repair and do coaching. In addition to providing incentives to teachers in order to improve their performance, through education and training given periodically to teachers will also shape the personality and quality of work better.
The formulation of the problem in this research is how the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables from the provision of incentives and training education to the performance of high school teachers in Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The nature of this research is descriptive explanatory research with 63 respondents.
The result of the research shows that there is a significant influence between the provision of incentives to the teachers on the performance of high school teachers in Kampar Subdistrict and also there is a significant influence between the education training variables on the performance of high school teachers in Kampar District Tambang District. Simultaneously incentives and training education have an effect on to the performance of high school teachers in Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar with a very significant level of influence. Where from determination test of R2 known that incentive and training education have influence equal to 68,6% and the rest of 31,4% influenced by variable not examined in this research like variable of leadership, work motivation, work environment or organizational culture.
