Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Daerah Provinsi Riau
The purpose of this study is to analyze and investigate the influence of Transformational Leadership and Motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province. This research is an associative research using quantitative approach. The subjects were Civil Servants in the Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province. Data for this research were collected by using questionnaires,and tehn it was performedby multiple linear regression method and analyzed by using SPSS V. 23.
The results showed that transformational leadership and motivation significantly influence the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province. The significance influence of the of transformational leadership and motivation on the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province was shown from the value of F which was greater than Ftable at level α=5%. The result showed that the value of F=184,565 >Ftable=3,08 with the level of probability (p) = 0,000 or less than 0.05, it means that transformational leadership and motivation have a simultaneously significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province. While the t value of X1 = 0,187 < t table = 1,98,it means that transformational leadership had no significant effect on the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province and t value of X2 = 11,416 < t table = 1,98,it means that motivation had partial effect on the performance of Civil Servants in Civil Service Agency, Education and Training of Riau Province.
