Pengelolaan Komunikasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility Wisata Alam Pt.Pertamina Ep Field Lirik Dalam Meningkatkan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat

Wisata Alam Pertamina Lirik is the center of Pertamina’s community empowerment. It is a program of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Pertamina EP Lirik. Wisata Alam Lirik is a form of caring from PT. Pertamina Asset 1 Lirik Field toward local community and environment. The purpose of this study was to explain and analyze the process of communication planning, implementation and evaluation the program of CSR Wisata Alam PT. Pertamina EP Lirik Field in Increasing Community Empowerment.
This study used qualitative method. The Informant of this study consisted of 10 people who were from PT. Pertamina, empowered community, and visitors of Wisata Alam, meanwhile the object of this study was Management of Communication Program Corporate Social Responsibility Wisata Alam PT. Pertamina EP Field Lirik in increasing Community Empowerment. The technique of collecting data used in this study was interview, observation and documentation. In this study an extension of participation and triangulation was used to achieve the validity of data.
The result of this study showed that the process of communication planning from CSR Pertamina Lirik program was started from setting the vision and mission, setting the aim of company in CSR program, and setting the policy of company in CSR program. The Implementation of CSR Wisata Alam Program was run by the community which was formed into Wisata Alam Lirik Cooperative with full of supervising from Pertamina Lirik. While, the evaluation of CSR Wisata Alam Program did in kind of meeting per month, it was between company and member of Wisata Alam Cooperative.
