Konsep Diri Remaja Korban Cyber Sexual Harassment Di Kota Pekanbaru

Cases of cyber sexual harassment or harassment by sending sexual content in cyberspacehave occurred in Pekanbaru City, with the publication in several mass media, in 2017 Riau Province is a province that has the second most sexual violence against children in Indonesia, sexual violence continues to increase every year until 2019. There is no data in P2TP2A Pekanbaru City regarding adolescents who get cyber sexual harassment indicates that the lack of public knowledge and concern regarding cyberbullying against adolescents. According to psychologists, cyber sexual harassment experienced by adolescents is more terrible than harassment in the real world because even though it equally influences the formation of adolescent self-concept, victims of cyber sexual harassment require great courage to fight the perpetrators. Without a strong mentality, guidance to prevent and deal with these events can affect the formation of adolescent self-concept and more suicidal happening. This study refers to determine the internal dimensions and external dimensions of the self-concept of adolescent victims of cyber sexual harassment in Pekanbaru City also their communication experienced.
This research uses a qualitative method by using a phenomelogical closure, data collecting techniques consist of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. informants gathering technique in this study uses the Snowball technique, and the number of informants in the study amounted to 6 people (4 women, 2 men).
The results in this study indicate that the internal dimensions of cyber sexual harassment self concept on adolescents which consist of self-identity of adolescents of victims of cyber sexual harassment perceive themselves as identities where they view themselves negatively. Their behavior is pessimistic, unable to control their emotions and often withdraws from interaction, adolescents get negative judgments in the form of sexual labels from their friends such as "voluptuous", "thick", "skanks" and so on. Then the external dimension consisting of physical where adolescents feel the physical form or face possessed can provoke harassment and there are those who are thankful without associating the harassment, adolescents feel less good in terms of moral-ethics because they do not follow the teachings instructed by religion, adolescent personal selves feel bad such as anxiety, negative thinking, and skepticism about praise, adolescents feel valued and undifferentiated and they are uncomfortable when they are in peace and away from interactions with the opposite sex, and close friendship in the real world and cyberspace.The pleasant communication experience gained in the form of motivation, attention, and counseling, the unpleasant communication experience such as victim blaming, ridicule, being scolded by parents, and considered exaggerating.
