Analisis Stilistika Presenter Valentino Jebret Pada Asian Games 2018 Cabang Olahraga Bulutangkis

This study is entitled Stylistical Analysis of Valentino Jebret's Presenter Language on the 2018 Asian games of badminton. This research is motivated by the diction and language style used by commentator Valentino Jebret when commenting on badminton matches. The purpose of this study is to describe the diction and language style used by commentator Valentino Jebret when commenting on badminton matches. The research data is the result of the transcription of commentator Valentino Jebret's video at the 2018 Asian Games Badminton in the form of commentary sentences in the form of diction and language style. The source of the data was obtained from video documentation on youtube. The data analysis technique was carried out by identifying, classifying, describing, discussing and summarizing the data based on Valentino Jebret's Stilistic Analysis of Language at the 2018 Asian Games in Badminton. Based on the research found data in Valentino Jebret's comment sentences when commenting on the game that is 40 data collected dictionaries, researchers found there were (29) diction which is figuratively meaningful, (5) diction meaningful association, (1) diction meaningful connotative, (2) ) diction is denotative, (2) diction is referent, and (1) diction is pictoral. For his own style of language, Valentino uses metaphorical style rather than hyperbole. As for the whole, found (11) hyperbole language style and (20) metaphorical language style used by Valentino Jebret.
