Analisis Program Sistem Pertanian Terpadu (Spt) Terhadap Keberdayaan Pesertaprogramcommunity Development Pt. Riau Andalan Pulp And Paper

Community empowerment is a model of the program as an effort to overcome the problem of poverty. At the moment, Community Empowerment Program is obligation by all parties either by government or private. Many programs have been created, publications conducted by various parties, programs run have been able to improve the empowerment of program participants. One form of the program is the Integrated Agricultural System Program (SPT) implemented by PT, RAPP in five districts that began in 1999. The purpose of this study is to look at the factors that influence human resource empowerment, productive economy and institutional. The location of this research spread in four districts (Pelalawan, Siak, Kuantan Singingi and Kampar) with the number of respondents 250 partners.
Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is model equation modeling equation modeling (SEM) which is component or based on variant. The results showed that the implementation of the CD program and the characteristic of the program participants had a significant effect on the empowerment, while the Local Government Support, Assistance and Conformity of Natural Resources had no significant effect on the empowerment of the program participants. Factors contributed 49.5% to the empowerment of program participants, which contributed to improvements in institutional, human and productive economies.
