Karakteristik Dan Pola Bakteri Serta Prevalensi Multidrug Resistant (Mdr) Bakteria Pada Ulkus Diabetikum Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Tahun 2015-2018
Diabetic ulcer is one of diabetes mellitus complications. It is caused by nervous system and blood vessels disorders resulting from uncontrolled hyperglycemic. Damage to the nervous system and blood vessels will have decreased sensory, so that a wound can become neglected and cause ulceration. This study was conducted to determine the characteristics, the patterns of bacterial and multidrug resistant (MDR) of diabetic ulcer patients in Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad 2015-2018 period. Data were obtain from Medical Record Unit and Microbiology Laboratory of Arifin Achmad Regionsl Hospital. The results show the characteristics of diabetic ulcer patients were woman aged 46-55 years old, had normal nutritional status, had hystory of hypertension, had uncontrolled DM, most had 4th degree ulcer, have been suffering from DM 0.05).
