Gambaran Pemeriksaan Penunjang Radiologi Untuk Menilai Batu Saluran Kencing Pada Anak Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Januari 2013-November 2019
The radiological examination used to determine and confirmation of urolithiasis. Consists of Kidney Ureter Bladder-Intravenous Urography (KUB-IVU), abdominal Ultrasonography (US) and abdominal Computed Tomography (CT) scan with or without contrast. The purpose was to determine the radiological features to assess pediatric urolithiasis based on age, sex, KUB, KUB-IVU, renal pelvicalyceal system, US, size of kidney, CT scan without contrast, corticomedullary and CT scan with contrast. This research is a descriptive study which is located in Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital of Riau Province with a total sample of 34 peoples. The results showed that the most urinary stones in pediatric patients in the age group 16-18 years (64.7%) with male sex (70.6%). The most common of KUB results were radioopaque stones (70%). All of the results from KUB-IVU were found stones (100%) with abnormal renal pelvicalyceal (57.1%). The result of US is the stones was found (92.9%) with normal renal size (64.3%). The results of CT scan without contrast were all found stones (100%) with normal corticomedullary (77.8%). All of the result of CT scan with contrast were found stones (100%).
