Analisa Parameter Fisis Pengeringan Kerupuk Udang Berbasis Arduino Menggunakan Energi Limbah Tongkol Jagung
This research aims to analyze the physical parameters of shrimp crackers that have gone through the drying process by using an arduino-based cracker drying device using corncobs waste energy. The temperature measurement of each drying rack uses a thermometer and the maximum temperature obtained on rack 3 is 60,5oC, the maximum temperature on rack 2 is 58,5oC, and the maximum temperature on rack 1 is 57oC. The highest value of lost water content is at the 10th minute with a value of 2,16%. The Arduino indicator used as a temperature indicator in the dryer works very well. The value of the efficiency of drying time by using corncob waste as biomass energy is 87,5%.
