This research was conducted in Februari 2017 at PT. Bangkinang Latex Company of Tangkerang Tengah Pekanbaru. The aim of this study was to analysis the negative effects such as air pollution from the waste of the latex factory to the community around the factory and to identify the influenced factors, such as:
More over, the collecting data technique in this study was observation and interview. The data was analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analysis. Besides, SWOT method is also used to analized the factors which become the strength and the weakness and the factors which become opportunities and threat for both the company and the local communities.
The results of the study found that, the location of PT. Bangkinang Latex factory is in unappropriate position since it is in a densely population.
