Respon Pertumbuhan Semai Saga (Adenanthera Pavonina L.) Terhadap Pemberian Urine Sapi Terfermentasi
Saga seeds classified as quite long and difficult to germinate. For this reason, fermented cow urine was used as liquid organic fertilizer which must first be fermented to increase the amount of nutrients it contains. This study aims to determine the response of the growth of saga seedling (Adenanthera pavonina L.) toward giving fermented cow urine. Data was collected using a completely randomized design (CRD), consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications, so that 12 units of the experiment can be obtained. The treatment tested were without giving fermented cow urine 0 (control), giving fermented cow urine concentration of 25%, giving fermented cow urine 50%, and giving fermented cow urine 75%. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance using SPSS 23.0. Furthermore, a DNMRT double range test will be carried out at the 5% level if there are differences between treatments. The results of the study showed that the giving fermented cow urine had effect on the growth of saga seedlings with a concentration of 75% producing an average leaf area of 6,61 cm, percentages of saga seed 56,43%, dry weight of the roots 2,15 gr and dry weight of the plant 4,96 gr.
