Jigs and fixture is a tool used to mass produce a component with the same shape and size, so that it becomes the desired production item. Jigs and fixture is a production workpiece holder that is used in order to accurately reproduce components. This construction is to connect the two devices, jig and fixture needed as a link between the top and bottom positions of the press and to grip the workpiece so that it does not move when the production process is being carried out. Utilization of press bending machine as a pressurizing force on a press tool so that it can produce in large quantities in a relatively short time, the work area of a large press bending machine is 2500 mm x 140 mm x 300 mm, thus allowing many press tools to be joined with a press bending, because jigs and fixtures are only 300 mm x 250 mm x 300 mm. The parts of making jigs and fixture are the top position, bottom position, right fixture, left fixture, punsheading, and workpiece grip. The making of this Final Project includes machining processes including milling machines, hand grinding machines, cutting saw machines, drill machines and asitelin electric welding machines. The working principle of this machine uses the shear force for the cutting process where the cut plate is placed on a fixed dies foundation and the upper eye is pressed until the plate is cut.
