Pembuatan Sistem Kontrol Mesin Cnc Hybrid 3 Axis
CNC machines are machine tools that can be operated automatically. Usually CNC machines can only do one machining process only, so it is considered less effective. Based on this, researchers did some research on tool machines that are able to perform two machining processes at once (CNC Hybrid). In the manufacture of CNC Hybrid, the one that should be considered is a machine control system that serves as the machine's brains in order to be operated automatically. The control system is done with the control system assembly in accordance with the schematic diagram that has been created. To avoid mistakes in machining process, the control system must be calibrated by calculating the difference in distance from the initial axis movement and the final movement distance of the Axis hybrid CNC machine. To operate a CNC machine, the G-Code program is used manually or with the program application. After testing is obtained the maximum yield difference of 2.1 mm. This is due to the selection of machining parameters such as feeding (F) and different dietary depths (a).
