Pembuatan Mesin Ekstrusi Plastik

Plastic extrusion machines are used to make plastic filament that can created into
decoration items in the form of accessories so that it is rubbish which is processed
has a sale value. The purpose of this final project is to obtain a machine plastic
extrusion which can recycle plastic waste into plastic filament. The main
components of a plastic extrusion machine are the frame, nozzle, shaft, barrel,
barrel holder, hopper, clutch and motor as the driving force. On tasks this final
clutch design has been carried out, the making of the clutch through the process
turning, drill, and tap. The components that have been made are then tested for
produce plastic filament from chopped, deep plastic making plastic extrusion
machines there are still irregularities in size components with a maximum error of
1.6 %, plastic extrusion machines have been able used and can produce plastic
filament.
